Payment

Payment must be made at the time of scheduling in order to reserve appointment date and time.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds can only be made if Balanced Personal Development deems it necessary.

Cancellation

You will not receive a refund if you decide to cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule, prior notification to Balanced Personal Development has to be at least 2 hours before the appointment time or you will forfeit your appointment and payment. 

If Balanced Personal Development has to reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

Appointment Time

You must log on to the zoom call within 10 minutes of the start of the appointment. If you do not give prior notification to Balanced Personal Development that you maybe late, then you forfeit your appointment and payment.
