It can feel very exciting when you figure out that you have spiritual abilities! But it can also feel overwhelming, a bit scary and you may wonder where to start.

In my Spiritual Mentoring sessions, we will go over the basics of connecting with your intuition and with spirit.  We will also talk about ways to raise your vibration and protecting and clearing your energy. I will provide you with opportunities to practice your intuitive skills and if you are ready, also practice speaking with spirit!
